The VOLK Electric Platform Truck EFW 3 can be option-
ally equipped with a defroster. It is mounted above the driver’s seat and aimed at the windshield. Powered with 500 Watts, it helps to remove frost and ice from the dri-
ver’s field of vision quickly and reliably. Because the de-
froster has two switching stages (stage 1: ventilating, stage 2: heating), it can also be used as a fan in the summer. A defroster is recommendable whenever the vehicle is used frequently in outdoor areas and/or in col-
der climes. In these conditions it guarantees added op-
erating safety and comfort.
