Towing-fork safety catch
The VOLK Electric Platform Truck EFW 3 can optionally be equipped with a special towing-fork safety catch. This device is mounted beneath the coupling and reduces the risk of the towing-fork slipping sideways
during hitching
considerably.
Safety hazards for workers involved in the hitching process can thus be avoided. Since this device, for which VOLK has filed a patent, is both simple and ef- fective, it was awarded at the Steel Innovation Price 2003.
