Driver’s seat

Ergonomic findings prove that optimum working conditions promote employee productivity, stamina and satisfaction, thus leading to a gain in efficiency. This is the reason why the VOLK Hybrid Tow Tractor HFZ 20 N is serially equipped with a high quality, ergonomically designed and 3-fold adjustable driver’s seat with air suspension. Vibrations acting on the driver can thus be reduced to a minimum even on bumpy roads. This holds especially true since the entire driver’s cab is mounted on rubber pads and since the vehicle’s chassis is fitted with a well balanced suspension system (front axle: coil springs, rear axle: leaf springs). To enhance operating safety, the seat is equipped with a pelvic belt which can also be replaced by an optional 3-point safety belt. The seat’s standard leather coat is both comfortable and endurable.
