The VOLK Hybrid Tow Tractor HFZ 30 NT has a self-
closing automatic coupling type Rockinger 244 D as a standard feature. This makes hitching easy because the driver only has to back the vehicle up to the trailer – the coupling closes and locks automatically at the same
time. In addition an automatic coupling is very safe be-
cause nobody has to step between the vehicles during hitching.
Optionally the VOLK Hybrid Tow Tractor HFZ 30 NT can also be equipped with the automatic coupling
Rockinger 245 B. This coupling is even sturdier than the model Rockinger 244 D and can be combined with an automatic remote unlocking device on request. This enables the operator to unlock the coupling conveniently from the driver’s seat.
The Rockinger 245 B model is suitable for towing eyes with an inside diameter of 35 mm or 40 mm. The coupling height can be variably adjusted to your individual requirements.
