Armored electric transporter
The VOLK EFW 3 Protect is an armored electric transporter, which has been designed specifically for the transport of valuables at airports. The armor plating complies with protection class B4. The vehicle features a payload of 3 tons (66.000 lbs) on its loading area and has been designed for towed loads of up to 30 tons (66.000 lbs). The environmentally-friendly electric drive is supplied by a large-size battery with a capacity of 80 V/1.000 Ah. – An important step towards the reduction of CO2 emissions on the apron.
